Pak Mail's Hotel Left Behind service assist hotels in resolving a common problem -- items left behind by
guests. If a guest checked-out of the hotel but forgot something in their room, follow these easy steps to
ship the item: 1. First make sure the hotel is within Pak Mail of Livermore, CA service area and
registered to receive free pick-up service. The hotel must contact Pak Mail to become listed in our service area. 2. Provide the necessary information by completing the Left Behind form
below. 3. Request pick-up by submitting the form online or fax form to (925) 456-0121.
4. Receive confirmation of your request. 5. Pak Mail will pick up the left behind item from the
hotel and package and process the shipment. The guest will be notified by email of the shipment cost and be charged
to the credit card number provided. The guest will recieve a FedEx tracking# by the next business day. If you need
