Pak Mail has a state certified notary public on site. We can administer oaths, certify the authenticity of legal documents and perform other official administrative duties. We regularly assist lenders, escrow companies, loan officers, account executives, attorneys, business owners and individuals.

There is ample parking at our location in the Airport 84 Plaza (Kittyhawk Road and Jack London Boulevard).

Frequently Asked Notary Questions

Q:	Do I need an appointment?
A:	No. Just come in during business hours with your documents and we will assist you. We do recommend calling first to confirm notary availability.
Q:	What form of ID do I need to bring?
A:	Generally a valid photo ID, displaying a photo, signature, and physical desciption. Usually either a Driver's License or a Passport.

Q:	Can my notorial business be conducted via fax?
A:	No. In California, an appearance must be made before the Notary Public.
Q:	Can My Documents Contain Blanks?
A:	No. We can not notarize documents that are incomplete or containing blanks.
Q:	Can you help me choose which documents I should use?
A:	No. Since we are not attorneys, we may not render legal advice.
Q:	What are your fees?
A:	Typically, we charge the standard $10 per signature.
