How to forward luggage

1. Request Quote: Either by phone or online, provide your forwarding requirements. Select number and size of luggage, arrival and departure dates, destination, and insurance amount for each item. Your free quote is based on the information provided to us and is held in our system for 30 days.

2. Schedule Service: Contact Pak Mail to schedule service. For economy class service (FedEx Ground), you should plan shipment of luggage at least 7 days prior to your trip. Several express shipping options also are available. Service will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

3. Prepare Luggage: You have three options for packing luggage: (Option A) Pack your suitcase in a "suitcase box" available at Pak Mail, or pack items in a traditional box. We will apply our shipping label. (Option B) Pack your luggage as you would for standard airline travel. A shipping tag will be attached to your luggage. Coverage is not available for this option. (Option C) Let Pak Mail pack and ship your awkward-shaped or delicate items, such as surf board, golf bag, skis and other equipment. Based on your selections a shipping label may be sent to you in the mail.

4. Drop off or Schedule Pick-up: Luggage may be dropped off at the Pak Mail center on a specified date or you may schedule pick-up of your luggage by a Pak Mail agent. In the latter case, a Pak Mail agent will come to your home, business or hotel at the scheduled time to collect your luggage or equipment. You are not required to be present at the scheduled pickup time. You may leave your luggage with a doorman, hotel staff or with a trusted person.

5. We Ship Luggage: Your luggage will be shipped to the scheduled destination, where it will be waiting for you when you arrive. If you booked a round-trip itinerary, your luggage will be picked up by a Pak Mail agent, or you may drop off your luggage at the nearest designated Pak Mail center or FedEx office.
